Our upcoming production run will have the vast majority of our Raptor 2.1 pre-orders finally fulfilled, with any remaining pre-orders (and new orders - there's still time!) fulfilled by the end of July via our next production run.
We are currently on track to achieve this, and have all parts on schedule to be delivered to our assembly factory in July. Although this will likely be closer to 6 weeks than 4, we are confident that our current shipment time will be the shortest delivery time in our history so far for the Raptor 2.1.
Perhaps even more importantly, our incoming quality checks and our during-assembly procedures and checks have been optimised and we have set stricter criteria than ever before to ensure that our customers receive the beast in perfect working condition, every time. (or as close to that as humanly possible).
What if you're wrong?
At Enertion, if there's one thing we know about, it's delays - and trust us when we say that we hate them just as much as you do. We've actually done a lot over the past two years to improve our delivery times by 1000%, but we know it's still not quick enough!
Delays can be caused by a multitude of different factors, even despite our best efforts to streamline and control the supply chain as tightly as possibly. Shortages of raw materials, delivery of parts that do not match our specifications, even factories moving their facilities - these are the types of things that have, and can, influence the timings of our scheduled production runs.
We know a huge number of our waiting customers completely understand that while we may not be the fastest deliverer of boards, we do deliver amazingly fast boards - and we are thankful for that.
If there are any changes to our production schedule, you can be sure that we'll let you know via email. Please make sure you're subscribed below so we can keep you up to date with the best information at all times.
