This guide will show you how to install a new charge port on your Raptor 2.1
Open your enclosure by removing the 8 screws with an M3 hex tool
Unplug the 2 battery connections
Remove your Etray from your board by unscrewing the 3 screws highlighted below.
Unscrew the 6 small Phillips screws on the bottom of the Etray (be sure not to lose them)
Unplug the Charge port plug shown below
Unscrew the silver nut holding the charge port to the black aluminum plate
Insert the new charge port and screw the nut onto the black metal plate
Plug the charge port plug into the circuit board
The assebmly should look like below
Add generous amount of hot glue to this area to avoid vibration damage
Re-secure the 6 screws
Finished product should look like the image below
The next step is to re-secure the 3 flat Phillips head screws we removed in the beginning, plug in all of the connections (2 battery connections, 8 motor connections) and calibrate the motors following this guide. Start on Step 5 of Android and Step 4 of PC.
