What do I do if I am away from home?
We understand that some customers may have planned travel or be away at work when their shipments are due to arrive.
If you are in, or think you might be in, this situation, please submit a request with our team, and let us know as soon as you can. If we receive your request before your order has shipped, arrangements can be made to best suit your requirements.
Please note, if your shipment is already under way, holding your parcel, or arranging re-delivery could incur extra charges, so we advise to notify us early as possible to avoid disappointment.
