Some customers have expressed concerns that when they look at their invoice through their Enertion account page, that they may have paid a higher price for goods than they thought.
However, we would like to assure you that this is NOT the case, and that it is a known issue with our e-commerce platform.
This is how an original invoice total might look on your order page: (with currency set to AUD)
By setting the currency to AUD, this should always reflect what you actually paid for your goods.
Now, if you set the currency on the page to EUR (or USD, or CAD) - you'll notice that the currency symbol in front of the total changes, but the amounts do not change.
This is due to the currency selector on the site only working to give customers an estimate of the cost of their orders in EUR/GBP/USD/CAD while browsing the store, or during the checkout process. The exchange rates for this estimation are updated on a daily basis automatically.
All transactions are always made in AUD, so the amount displayed for your order in your account page on the Enertion Boards website is always the AUD amount.
