Firstly, I’d like to extend our sincerest apologies for the delays in fulfilling your parts order with us. Unfortunately we have experienced an unprecedented back-up in our shipping department, both due to products being on sale and some changes of our warehousing and shipping procedures.
We deeply apologise if you were one of the affected Enertion customers. Should you desire a full refund on your parts order, not only will this be accepted, but this will be expedited, so that you are not out of pocket any longer. On the other hand, if you still want your Enertion part(s), your order will be express-shipped this week, so that you don’t have to wait any longer than you have to, to put together your awesome street carving machines.
As soon as your product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can then be used to see the exact state of your shipment via the appropriate carrier website.
Please note that regarding FOCBOXes, the latest information from our Logistics department is that they will be ready for shipment in early-to-mid July.
We truly appreciate the amazing patience that you have displayed, and can’t wait to get these parts to you so that you can stop waiting, and tear up those streets!
